The other reason I am writing this, in addition to sharing with others of the good (or bad) restaurants I’ve visited, is to remind me of what I had so that I can order (or NOT order) the food again next time.
I am not paid to write for the restaurants so I can only sample the dishes via multiple visits. The photos will therefore change over time as I take better pictures and try new dishes.
Hope you enjoy them.

I've driven past Flour Eggs Water on Crown Street in Surry Hills many times and have always wondered what they serve.
I finally found out and tried the one at Tramsheds. And it was great!
Fresh, hand made pasta is the theme, that's what flour, eggs and water are - the basic three ingredients for making pasta.
All three pasta dishes we ordered were great.
Actually, one of the ones we want sold out (the tortelli) so the waitress, Gloria, recommended the special of the day, the ravioli.
All the pasta were absolutely delicious. "Simple honest food" as they claim. We will be back to try the rest.
Oh, leave room for the desserts.
Gloria recommended the meringue and the cremino al cioccolato.
Absolutely splendiferous!
Calamari fritti, aioli, lemon
Mezzelune, ricotta, spinach, crab, mint - YUMMY!
Ravioli, wild boar, pumpkin, taleggio - YUMMY TOO!
Tagliatelle, prawns, zucchini, basil, bottarga - YUMMY THREE!
Gomiti, pork, cavolo nero, porcini, pecorino
Mixed green leaves, cucumber, radish, seeded mustard dressing
Meringue, marsala cream, berries
You have to order this.
Cremino al cioccolato
You MUST order this. This is not a cup of coffee!
This is 4 layers of chocolate, cream and I forgot what but you plunge the spoon right to the bottom and scoop it up!
It is soooo delicious! So good I found the recipe: http://www.gourmettraveller.com.au/recipes/recipe-...
The boring stuff:
We got there without a booking but the guy accommodated us - Thank you!
That means: bookings essentials.
Plenty of parking and best of all, it's free after 6pm.
Might be a bit tricky if you don't have a car. Get an Uber.
