The other reason I am writing this, in addition to sharing with others of the good (or bad) restaurants I’ve visited, is to remind me of what I had so that I can order (or NOT order) the food again next time.
I am not paid to write for the restaurants so I can only sample the dishes via multiple visits. The photos will therefore change over time as I take better pictures and try new dishes.
Hope you enjoy them.

How would you like a view of this:
while enjoying this Mezze maniche, smoked eggplant, aged ricotta:
Many restaurants can leave you a bit disappointed with either great view but food was not quite up to par.
Not Aqua Dining.
This restaurant offers both! Seriously, both!
You get a spectacular view of Sydney as well as a rare angle of the Luna Park:
The height is just perfect without any need for any perspective correction software.
The food is just beautiful. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Have a look:
We start with the entrees:
Smoked trout agnolotti, asparagus, lemon gel
Oysters, freeze dried raspberry, white balsamic
Confit duck, cherry, foie gras
Scarlet prawn, scallop, burrata, finger lime (sorry the prawn is at the back - I didn't take this photo)
Moving to the main course:
Coral trout, green tomato, fennel pollen
Wagyu beef flap, horseradish, asparagus, oyster mushroom
Pork tenderloin, kale, apple chutney
Have a bit on the side:
Butter bean, brown butter, pepitas
Royal Blue roast potato, rosemary - done perfectly.
Don't miss the desserts:
Pearl barley ice cream, coffee crumble, caramel
Salted caramel vacherin, chocolate sorbet
Mango sorbet in passionfruit sauce
Tiny Macaroons, Liquor Balls and Lamingtons
The boring stuff:
The food is genuinely good. The service is above par and, I keep saying it, the view spectacular.
Parking is not too difficult to find - the restaurant is situated in a mixed residential and offices which means at night time and weekends, there are not a lot of business traffic.
Parking for weekday lunches may be a bit more challenging but Milson's Point train station is near by.
For a truly fun experience, catch the ferry over from Circular Quay.
A feast - for your stomach and your eyes! Aqua Dining - excellent food with a great view. https://t.co/UYMxPojZpH#foodie #foodporn #aquadining #ilovesydney #northsydney pic.twitter.com/yCVIAjomUv
